Our first ever sparkling wine! Made with 100% estate grown second crop Pinot Noir from the 2014 vintage, held en tirage for almost 10 years, disgorged September 2024 with a 4 g/L dosage. Enjoy this rare "ET" Willamette sparkler now and over the next couple of years. Only 240 bottles produced, very limited, one bottle per customer please!
